1. Information We Collect
We collect: Account information (name, email, phone, country, date of birth) provided during registration. Usage data (bot configurations, trade history, session activity) generated during your use of the platform. Technical data (IP address, device type, browser) collected automatically for security and performance purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to: Provide and improve the DONKOFX platform. Authenticate your identity and secure your account. Send transactional emails (email verification, equity stop alerts, profit target notifications). Calculate and collect subscription fees and profit commissions. Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Broker Credentials & API Keys
DONKOFX stores broker API tokens and access credentials in an encrypted form (AES-256) in our database. These credentials are decrypted only when a bot worker requires them to execute trades. They are never transmitted to the frontend, never logged in plain text, and never shared with third parties. We request only the minimum scope needed for trading ("Trade" permission only — no withdrawal access).
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: Service providers necessary to run the platform (hosting providers, email delivery services). Legal authorities when required by law or court order. Payment processors (Stripe, Flutterwave) for subscription billing.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account plus 30 days after deletion. Trade history is retained for 12 months after your account closes. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time via the account settings page.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (session management via httpOnly cookies). We do not use third-party tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this will prevent you from staying logged in.
7. Your Rights
