1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on DONKOFX (donkofx.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use DONKOFX. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3. Platform Description

DONKOFX is an automation software platform that connects to third-party broker accounts via API and executes trades according to pre-configured algorithmic strategies ("bots"). DONKOFX is not a broker, investment adviser, or financial institution. Your funds remain in your broker account at all times.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for: The accuracy of broker credentials provided to DONKOFX. All trading decisions made by bots you configure and start. Understanding the risks associated with automated trading. Complying with your broker's terms of service. All taxes and financial obligations arising from your trading activity.

5. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are charged monthly or weekly as selected. Commissions on net monthly profits are calculated and charged at the end of each calendar month. DONKOFX uses Stripe (international) and Flutterwave (Africa) for payment processing. All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

6. Referral Program

The DONKOFX referral program is governed by the referral terms displayed at donkofx.com/referral. DONKOFX reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Fraudulent referrals (self-referral, fake accounts) will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all earnings.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: Use DONKOFX for any unlawful purpose. Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform. Share your account credentials with third parties. Use DONKOFX to manipulate markets or engage in wash trading. Create multiple accounts to exploit the free tier or referral program.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOGADONKO AGENCY AND DONKOFX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

9. Termination

DONKOFX may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these terms. You may delete your account at any time via account settings. Upon termination, all active bots will be stopped.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cameroon. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Douala, Cameroon.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes by email.
